Dr. Archana Singh

I was new to pune city,My eye power was +0.25 initially and I went to lenskart (pimpre)for purchasing a frame there I cross checked my power and surprisingly the power they said was -1.25,-1.50 ,I was totally abacked . I thought let me 1st cross check it with good opthalmologist, and using procto I got to know about Dr. Archana ,she did the perfect treatment like I always use to have with my family doctor and guess what the power was -0.5 only in both eyes.

So if I had followed lenskart I would have used wrong power, which can affect my eyes but thank God I am now in safe hands,

From Now I have determined I will never ever go for lenskart.

recommend this doctor for any eye treatment. ******* ****** *** ******* **** **** *********** *** **** **** ** ***** ******* Also the doctor's and staff's behaviour towards patients is extremely rude. If you argue with them over treatment and fees charged, they will just ignore you and run away.

Again would NEVER, NEVER, NEVER recommed this to anyone.

Not at all satisfied with the service. I felt she was little rude. I was confused with my right eye number as my eyes were already paining and she was keep changing the number very fast. Instead of dealing it with patience ,she started shouting on me.

I have wasted my money hope you'll not do the same !!

I am visiting doctor for last 2 years for my and my family eye checkup. Very good doctor **** **** ********* ***** *** ******** She checks thoroughly and provide clear understanding to patients. Also clears any relevant query of patients like power related issue or lasik etc. Thank you doctor Archana.

kindly do not visit this doctor as she is so rude and abrupt. I was asked to pay 100 rupees extra for eye card because she checked the number ... ********* * * * ****** *** ** ******* * **** ** ** ****. very much disappointed bcz I have never seen such an opthalmologist yet.******** *** *** ***** ** *** ***** ****** **** ** *** ******.i wasted 400 rupees.

Very bad experience.. very unprofessional behaviour.. I had revisted her because I got the wrong number of my spects. When I was discussing it with her , instead of listening she kept on yelling "Doctors are never wrong". Also, she was non co operative.. she became furious and said 'patient k ankh Mai ghus k dekhu kya ' .

Doctors are a living example of generosity , kindness and patience. But , this doctor was prudent and had inferior feelings for optician.

My suggestion... Never ever visit the clinic.

She kept me waiting for more than 30 mins. But did not spend even 2 mins to check me up as she had few more other patients. I am not sure whether she did not pay enough attention to check my eyes because of other waiting patients or she is like that. My experience is not so good.

I had a decent experience with the visit. She did give enough time to me. But after my consultation when I went to pay the charges I came to know I have to pay 400rs instead of 300 as provided on practo. I was really upset with this. The lady there said, since the doctor evaluated the eye sight number I have to pay extra. please update your consulting fee on practo.

I have visited dr. Archana on last monday for my syst inside my eye. She gave me medicine for 5days still there is no improvement. Visiting her today as well let's see what she would tell today.

Wait time is 30min which is very bad:(
